Having worked as a news writer and producer for CBC, CP24, Citytv and CTV, Camille is a media expert. As powerful as mainstream media is, Camille is a strong believer in telling our own stories, on our own platforms.
As the editor-in-chief of Canada's #1 Black online magazine, ByBlacks.com, a company she co-founded with her husband Roger Dundas, Camille is able to pursue the passion she most enjoys; highlighting the often-untold stories of Blacks in Canada doing amazing things with their lives. She also gets to give back to the same community that has supported her, mentoring young Black writers who share a passion for in-depth storytelling. As an educator, she loves sharing her knowledge of the media landscape and the unique lessons learned during her last ten years in the broadcast industry.
